We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly attentive staff and beautifully designed rooms. The views from the restaurant were breathtaking, and the complimentary snacks in the mini bar were a lovely touch. However, there were a few issues with external visitors accessing the pool area, and the shuttle service could use some improvement in terms of availability.
